Although most research in the CLAWS lab is conducted at field sites in Asia, there are occasionally opportunities for undergraduates to participate in field data collection and laboratory analysis of data. Opportunities exist for independent research (UROP) and unpaid study with course credit.
CLAWS currently supports students from the Conservation Biology Graduate Program and the Department of Forest Resources and welcomes students from a variety of academic home units. Inquiries from individuals are welcome about all ideas pertaining to large mammal ecology and conservation in Asia.
Dave and other CLAWS associates enjoy working with others to address issues related to large mammal ecology and conservation in Asia. Suggestions for possible collaboration are most welcome!
